The Fortune Deck

The fortune deck comprises 36 cards that represent the cosmic forces acting on existence, from entire spheres down to individual mortals. 35 of the cards are ubiquitous. The 36th card is the Usurper and varies from sphere to sphere and even realm to realm - it represents a unique influence in the current region. Every card has a title, an upright meaning and a reversed meaning. Most cards also have one or more associations, with an element, a zodiac sign and so on.

A list of cards and their meanings follows. Want to see the pictures? Buy the game.
